1 large head garlicgarlic
1/8 cup olive oilolive-oil

Instructions (4 steps)

01Cut the top off of the garlic head, place onto a grill-safe surface, and drizzle with olive oil.
02Preheat your grill to 225° according to factory instructions, and place the garlic inside.
03Cook for about 45 minutes at 225°F. Turn up the heat to 325°F and continue roasting until the garlic is golden brown and soft.
04Remove, use, and store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
