1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softenedcream-cheese
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained,boned,flakedsalmon
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1 tablespoon lemon juicelemon-juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped onionsonion
1 teaspoon liquid smokeliquid-smoke

Instructions (8 steps)

01In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at med.
02speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2-3 min) Add salt, lemon juice, onion, and liquid smoke.
03Continue beating until well mixed (1-2 min).
04By hand, stir in salmon.
05Spoon into serving bowl and serve with crackers.
06Store refrigerated.
