1/2 pineapple, peeled or 1 (500 ml) can pineapple chunks, drainedpineapple
1 red pepperbell-pepper
1/2 red onionred-onion
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (cilantro)coriander
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons olive oilolive-oil
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt

Instructions (7 steps)

01Chop pineapple into small pieces to measure a total of 2 cups.
02Core and seed pepper, then chop into pieces the same size as pineapple.
03Finely chop onion and coriander/cilantro.
04Place all in a bowl.
05Stir in lime juice, oil and salt.
06Serve right away or refrigerate.
