2 medium golden delicious applesapple
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butterbutter
2 tablespoons sugarsugar
2 tablespoons raisinsraisins
2 tablespoons amaretto liqueurliqueur
2 tablespoons toasted sliced almondsalmond
whipped creamwhipped-cream

Instructions (7 steps)

01Peel apples, core, cut into 1/2-inch dice and set aside.
02Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
03Add apples, sprinkle with sugar and saute until tender, about 6 minutes.
04Stir in raisins.
05Add liqueur and cook until liquid reduces to glaze, about 1 minute.
06Divide between 2 dessert dishes.

Garnish with almonds and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
