How to make scrambled eggs in the microwave

• 2 free-range eggsegg
• splash milkmilk
• pinch salt and freshly ground peppersalt-and-pepper
• 1–2 slices of bread, toastedbread
• salted butter, for spreadingbutter

1. 01Crack the eggs into a microwavable bowl and season. Whisk well with a fork until completely combined and there are some bubbles on the surface.
2. 02Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir with a fork. If necessary, microwave again in 10-second bursts, until almost set. Remember, it will continue cooking a little when removed from the microwave. Stir again and set aside for 30 seconds.
3. 03Butter your toast and tip the egg on top. Serve.
