6 cups zucchini, gratedzucchini
1 cup waterwater
6 cups sugarsugar
2 tablespoons lemon juicelemon-juice
20 ounces crushed pineapple, with juicepineapple
5/8 ounce apricot gelatin, two boxesgelatin

Instructions (5 steps)

01Bring water and zucchini to a low boil and cook for 6 minutes.
02Add sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple.
03cook another 6 minutes.
04Add Jell-o powder and cook another 6 minutes.
05Pour into containers and freeze.
