2 lbs boneless pork loin, trimeed and cut into 2 inch piecespork-loin
2 cups onions, choppedonion
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegarapple-cider-vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato pastetomato-paste
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno pepper, choppedpepper
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove, groundclove
29 ounces diced tomatoes, 2 cans drainedtomato
10 hamburger buns, toasted

Instructions (5 steps)

01Combine first 10 ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker.
02Cover with lid and cook on high for 1 hour.
03Reduce to low heat and cook for 8 hours or until the roast is tender.
04Shred pork with 2 forks.
