3 lbs chicken, cut in halfchicken
1 tablespoon grated orange rindorange
1 tablespoon orange juiceorange-juice

Instructions (6 steps)

01Place chicken in shallow dish.
02In a separate bowl whisk the rest of the ingredients and brush over the chicken.
03Cover and refrigerate for 10 min or up to 24 hours.
