Fluffiest Pancakes Ever!

• 3 cup(s) flourflour
• 5 teaspoon(s) baking powderbaking-powder
• 1 teaspoon(s) Kosher saltsalt
• 5 tablespoon(s) white sugarsugar
• 2 1/2 cup(s) milkmilk
• 4 tablespoon(s) butter-melted but not hot
• 2 large eggsegg
• 2 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extractvanilla

1. 01In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar twice. This is very important in making these pancakes light. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter and extract. mix until smooth.
2. 02Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
