This is a fantastic way to serve a pancake-like breakfast for a crowd. Quick and easy to prepare, as it bakes this pancake fluffs like a big puff and then deflates. The top and bottom are slightly crisp and holds in a creamy pancake-like filling. The center is almost like a baked custard but a little more sturdy. Top with fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream for a wonderful breakfast. Simple ingredients produce amazing flavor in this pancake recipe.

2 cup(s) milk (I use 2 percent)milk
4 - eggsegg
1 cup(s) all-purpose flourflour
1/2 teaspoon(s) saltsalt
1 tablespoon(s) sugarsugar
1/4 - 1/2 cup(s) butterbutter

Instructions (6 steps)

01Heat oven to 400 degrees.
02Put all ingredients (EXCEPT the butter) into a blender. Blend.
03When oven reaches 400, put the butter into a 9x13 pan and put into the oven for the butter to melt.
04When the butter is melted, pour the blended ingredients into the pan with the melted butter.
05Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. (I like it crispy so I do 40 min). It will puff up while baking then fall when you take it from oven.
06I serve it with butter, syrup, fresh fruit, and fresh whipping cream! Very easy and yummy. Enjoy!
