1 tablespoon instant yeastyeast
1 cup warm waterwater
3 1/4 cup all purpose flourflour
1/4 cup sugarsugar
2 tablespoons salted butter (softened )butter
1 teaspoon kosher saltsalt
1 Egg, beatenegg

Instructions (7 steps)

01In the bowl of a stand mixer add warm water and sprinkle yeast on top.  Add the rest of the ingredients except 1 cup of flour.  
02With the dough hook, mix on low until all is combined.  Slowly add the last cup of flour and continue to mix for another few minutes until a dough forms. 
03Lightly flour a clean surface and transfer dough to it. Dough will be slightly sticky.  Knead a couple of times and shape into a ball.  
04Transfer ball into a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap.  Let rise until doubled - approximately an hour.  
05Grease a 9X13 pan. Return dough to a floured surface and break into 15 evenly sized balls and place in pan. Cover with kitchen towel and let rise another 45 minutes. Or you can loosely cover and place in fridge to let rise overnight.
