I received this recipe from one of my sisters when we had a family reunion quite some years ago. I have had many comments on it, and I am always printing out copies of it for people. This recipe gives you a new way to use those Ramen Noodles!

3/4 cup green onion, choppedscallion
2 packages ramen noodlesramen-noodles
4 tablespoons sesame seedssesame-seed
1 cup slivered almondsslivered-almonds
4 tablespoons sugarsugar
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
6 tablespoons vinegarvinegar
1 cup oiloil
2 packets noodle flavoring

Instructions (8 steps)

01Combine cabbage and onions.
02Set aside.
03Mix together all dressing ingredients and refrigerate.
04Toast the sesame seeds and almonds.
05Smash ramen noodles into bite size pieces.
