6 cups waterwater
1/3 cup salt (I use Himalayan sea salt, but you can use Kosher too)salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded and brinedchicken-breast
sea saltsalt
pepperpepper
olive oilolive-oil

Instructions (10 steps)

01Place water and salt in a large bowl and stir.
02Place chicken breast between folded parchment paper and pound with a rolling pin until uniformly thick.
03Place breasts in salt water for 30 minutes.
04Remove breasts, pat dry with paper towels.
05Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
06Heat grill on high (about 425 degrees)
