01Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.
02Cover pan and steam about 8 minutes or until almost tender.
03Remove steamer basket and set aside. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook bacon 4-5 minutes or until browned.
04Add scallions, cauliflower and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently until hot.
