Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

• 3 whole Bananasbanana
• ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurtyogurt
• ½ cups Milk (soy, Regular, Almond, Etc.)milk
• 1-½ cup Ice Cubesice
• 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butterpeanut-butter
• 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed Or Wheat Germ (optional)flax
