1/2 cup butter (softened (1 stick))butter
1 1/3 cups sugarsugar
2 eggsegg
2 cups all-purpose flourflour
1 tbsp baking powderbaking-powder
1/2 tsp saltsalt
1 cup milkmilk
1 tbsp vanilla extractvanilla-extract

Instructions (4 steps)

01Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 non-stick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
02Put butter and sugar in a large bowl and cream together with a mixer. Add the eggs and mix until combined. Add the milk and vanilla and mix until combined. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined.
03Pour the batter in a baking dish. Put the vanilla cake in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
