1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
4 tablespoons flourflour
2 lbs swiss steak
3 tablespoons butterbutter
2 tablespoons onions (chopped)onion
3 tablespoons tomato pureetomato
1/2 cup waterwater
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 cup waterwater
1 cup sour creamsour-cream

Instructions (6 steps)

01Mix salt and pepper with the flour and pound it into the steak.
02Brown the steak in the butter.
03Add onion, tomato pureé and some water and bouillon.
04Cover and simmer 1 hour over low heat, or bake 1 hour at 250 degrees fahrenheit in a preheated oven.
05Add sour cream and mix well.
