2 -3 medium jalapeno chiles, destemmed (can deseed to cut spice)jalapeno
1/4 cup garlicgarlic
1 -2 tablespoon waterwater
1/4 cup cilantro leafcilantro
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
fresh ground pepperpepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumincumin
1 lb tomatoes, cut uptomato

Instructions (4 steps)

01Puree garlic and chiles in food processor, add water if needed.
02Add cilantro, then salt, pepper to taste and cumin.
03Remove mixture and set aside.
04Puree tomatoes in processor then combine the two mixtures.
