My family loves hot wings! After several attempts of trying to re-create the restaurant hot wings, I finally came up with this recipe which my whole family seems to approve. My husband thinks they could be hotter, but then again, he adds red pepper flakes to most of his food. The kids and I think they are hot enough, but add even more Tabasco if you wish!

20 -30 chicken drummetteschicken
1 cup flourflour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepperpepper
1/2 teaspoon paprikapaprika
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, meltedbutter
3/4 cup frank's red hot cayenne pepper sauce
4 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

Instructions (9 steps)

01In a bowl, combine flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper; mix.
02Rinse off wings and coat in flour mixture.
03Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and place wings on baking sheet.
04Preheat oven to 375°F.
05Bake wings for 40 minutes, turning once 1/2 way through cooking.
