3 cups bread flourbread-flour
1 package yeastyeast
1 tablespoon sugarsugar
1 1/2 teaspoons saltsalt
1 tablespoon butterbutter
10 ounces beer, flatbeer
4 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounces grated monterey jack cheese

Instructions (8 steps)

01Warm beer and cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave.
02Cheese doesn't need to melt completely.
03Place the warm beer/cheese mixture and butter into your bread machine.
04Next add the flour, sugar and then the yeast in a little hole dug in the middle of the flour.
05Finally sprinkle the salt around the edges of the flour, away from the yeast.
