1/2 lb fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch lengthsgreen-beans
2 carrots, cut into thick stripscarrot
1/4 cup butterbutter
1 onion, slicedonion
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, slicedmushroom
1/2 teaspoon seasoning saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon garlicgarlic
1/4 teaspoon white pepperwhite-pepper

Instructions (7 steps)

01Steam or cook carrots and green beans in boiling water.
02Cook until tender, but still firm.
03Melt butter over medium heat.
04Saute onions and mushrooms until almost tender.
05Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
06Stir in green beans, carrots, seasoned salt, garlic, and white pepper.

07Cover and cook five minutes on low heat.
