1 medium onion, finely choppedonion
1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic saucechili-garlic-sauce
1/4 cup beef brothbeef-broth
red pepper flakes, to tastered-pepper-flakes
1/2 lb sliced mushroomsmushroom
1/2 cup sour creamsour-cream
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

Instructions (8 steps)

01Sauté onion until cooked.
02Minced garlic and spinach.
03Add beef and cook until brown and minced garlic.
04Add broth and spinach.
05Cook until spinach is wilted.
