Very easy after work prep and delicious results. A friend of me once told me that my chops were "better than his grandma's"! This is also my favorite way to marinate steaks!

Ingredients (6)

4 -6 thin pork chopspork-chops
1/4 cup low sodium soy saucesoy-sauce
1/4 cup red winered-wine
1 teaspoon dried powdered rosemary (I use fresh chopped)
1 large garlic clove, pressedgarlic
fresh ground pepperpepper

Instructions (3 steps)

01Combine soy, wine, rosemary, garlic and pepper in large ziplock bag or bowl. Add chops and marinate for about 30 minutes.
02Grill about 3 1/2 minutes each side or until done.
03Remove from grill, tent with foil and let rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
