green chilies or jalapeno (Canned or jarred, diced or sliced)
6 eggs, beatenegg
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shreddedcheddar
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shreddedmozzarella

Instructions (4 steps)

01Mix the eggs and cheeses well.
02Place peppers of your choice (green chilies, jalapenos, etc.) in bottom of buttered 8 x 8 pan.
03Add the cheese mixture.
04Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, then 250 F for 30 minutes more.
