Roasted Brussels Sprouts

• 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, Ends Trimmed And Halvedbrussels-sprout
• 3 Tablespoons Olive Oilolive-oil
• 1 whole Lemon, Zestedlemon
• ½ teaspoons Saltsalt
• ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepperpepper
• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juicelemon-juice
• ½ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheeseparmesan

1. 01Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2. 02Cut off the rough ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove the loose outer leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, lengthwise. Toss with olive oil.
3. 03On a baking sheet, evenly spread the Brussels sprouts making sure not to stack them and roast for 25 minutes.
4. 04When you remove them from the oven, season the Brussels sprouts with lemon zest, salt, pepper, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
