1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soupcream
1 (14 -16 ounce) can mixed vegetables (any vegetable works)
4 cups instant mashed potatoes (8 servings prepared) or 4 cups homemade mashed potatoespotato
1 cup cheddar cheese, shreddedcheddar
1 small onion, choppedonion
1 tablespoon garlic saltsalt

Instructions (5 steps)

01Brown ground beef and add onion; cook until onion is transparent.
02Add soup, veggies and garlic and mix, pour into a oblong baking dish.
