2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubedchicken
1/4 cup butterbutter
2 cups sliced mushroomsmushroom
1/4 cup flourflour
2 cups chicken brothchicken-broth
1/4 cup light creamcream
1 teaspoon chopped parsleyparsley
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon nutmegnutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
3 teaspoons dry white winewhite-wine
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drainedspaghetti
3/4 cup parmesan cheeseparmesan

Instructions (9 steps)

01In skillet, cook chicken in butter, 2 minutes.
02Add mushrooms, cook and stir 2 minutes.
03Stir in flour, add the broth.
04Cook, stirring, until sauce comes to a boil.

05Remove from heat, stir in cream, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and wine.

06Fold in the spaghetti.

07Put in a greased pan or casserole dish.

08Sprinkle with parmesan.

09Bake, uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
