This is a copycat recipe of the Western brand dressing. It's better than the store brand and has no high fructose corn syrup in it. It can be easily cut in half. NOTE: I no longer recommend using canola oil. Try avocado or grapeseed oil, or even olive oil. Since I am trying to watch my sugar, I subbed monkfruit (the white granules) for the sugar and used less. Taste is good, but the sugar didn't blend in as well. Hopefully it will meld in the fridge.
