2 cups sugarsugar
1 teaspoon saltsalt
2 teaspoons baking sodabaking-soda
2 teaspoons cinnamoncinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 1/2 cups pumpkinpumpkin
1 1/2 cups oiloil
4 eggs, beatenegg
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla

Instructions (5 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350°.
02In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and cocoa.
03Add pumpkin, oil, eggs, vanilla and blend well.
04Pour into greased and floured bundt pan or ring mold and bake 40-50 minutes.
05Frost with creamy chocolate frosting if you like.
