4 medium potatoes (russets are best)potato
3 tbsp olive oilolive-oil
2 tbsp sea saltsalt

Instructions (6 steps)

01Wash your potatoes to remove debris, then poke them with a fork all around each one. Use a few paper towels to roll them in and press to remove as much moisture as possible (this will allow them to get super crispy)
02Rub olive oil over each one (generously) and then sprinkle sea salt over the entire outside of each potato. Preheat machine to 400 for 5 minutes.
03Place a trivet inside your air fryer (if yours uses one - or the Ninja Foodi flip the metal trivet it comes with upside down so it's lower).
04Put your potatoes on your trivet (or in your basket) so they aren't overlapping.
05Close your air fryer (lid on the Ninja Foodi it is the lid that is attached). Set to air crisp for 35-45 minutes flipping halfway. (timing will depend on size of potatoes, check after 35 min, poke with fork to see if middle is tender)
