Italian Coffee Cake

• 2-½ cups All-purpose Flourflour
• ¾ cups Granulated Sugarsugar
• 1 cup Brown Sugarbrown-sugar
• 1 teaspoon Nutmegnutmeg
• ½ teaspoons Saltsalt
• ¾ cups Vegetable Oilvegetable-oil
• 1 cup Buttermilkbuttermilk
• 1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
• 1 whole Eggegg
• 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamoncinnamon

1. 01Sift together the first 5 ingredients (flour through salt). Add vegetable oil and mix well. Set aside 3/4 cup of this mixture (this will be your topping). To the remaining mixture add the buttermilk and baking soda. Beat well. Add egg and beat again. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. To the topping mixture you set aside, add the cinnamon and mix well. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the batter.
2. 02Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
