Hubby and I have an ongoing feud over meatloaf - my saucy version vs. his Italian version. Since meatloaf is one of the few entrees he knows how to make, I don't complain when he makes his...but I definitely prefer this one!

4 ounces tomato saucetomato-sauce
1 onion, quarteredonion
2 stalks celery, chopped coarselycelery
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceworcestershire

3/4 cup fresh breadcrumb (3 slices)
2 lbs lean ground beefground-beef
4 ounces tomato saucetomato-sauce
8 ounces waterwater

Instructions (6 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x12 Pyrex dish.
02Place the eggs, tomato sauce, onion, celery, worcestershire, salt and pepper in blender and blend until smooth.
03Put meat, bread crumbs and blender mixture in a large bowl. Combine by hand until well incorporated.
