3 tablespoons balsamic vinegarbalsamic-vinegar

Instructions (10 steps)

01Heat pan over med-high heat, spray with cooking spray.
02Add chicken tenders and season with pepper.
03Cook turning pieces half way through about 7 minutes.
04Remove and set aside.
05Reduce the heat to low-med add garlic and saute.
06Then add vinegar, honey and chicken broth.
