1 teaspoon pepperpepper
1 cup flourflour

Instructions (8 steps)

01Put chicken in large pot with water.
02Add next 7 ingredients.
03Bring to a boil, skimming surface if necessary.

Simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.

05Mix dumpling ingredients together until just moistened.

06Bring chicken to a slow boil.

07Drop dumplings by tablespoons onto chicken.

08Cover and cook 12 minutes.
