1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatingelatin
1 cup boiling waterwater
8 ounces cream cheesecream-cheese
1 cup granulated sugarsugar
5 tablespoons lemon juicelemon-juice
1 (12 ounce) can Carnation instant milk, well chilledmilk
1 cup graham cracker, crushedgraham-cracker
1/4 cup graham cracker, crushedgraham-cracker

Instructions (9 steps)

01Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool until slightly.

03Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until.
04smooth. Add thickened Jell-O and beat well.
05In a separate bowl, beat the Carnation milk until fluffy.

Add cream cheese/Jell-O mixture and beat well with mixer.

07Line bottom of 9 x 13-pan with crushed Graham crackers.

08Spread filling over and top with 1/4 cup more crushed.

09Graham crackers. Chill.
