2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, uncooked and broken into pieces (save seasonings for another use)ramen-noodles
1 tablespoon sunflower seedssunflower-seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seedssesame-seed
1 cup sliced almondsalmond
1/4 cup butterbutter
1/2 cup sugarsugar
1/2-3/4 cup oiloil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oilsesame-oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegarrice-wine-vinegar
1 tablespoon soy saucesoy-sauce

Instructions (6 steps)

01Chop cabbage in medium pieces, garlic, ginger, green onions, carrot and red pepper.

02Brown noodles, sunflower seeds,sesame seeds,& almonds in butter (set aside to cool).

03Boil sugar, oil, sesame oil, vinegar, and soy sauce, cool completely.

04I`ve also skipped the boiling and just mixed with no problem!

05Toss everything together just before serving.

06Doesn't stay crunchy if kept overnight!
