I can't cook. I'm not being humble here, just honest. But I CAN make this (which is a testament to how easy this really is).

01Whisk the non-pretzel ingredients together and then pour them over the pretzels. Mix well.
02Let it sit for 10 minutes. Mix well again. Let sit for 5 minutes. Mix. Wait another 5 minutes. Mix.
03Then transfer the pretzels into large Ziploc bags (I use gallon bags – two of ‘em), and leave the tops open for 2 hours. Then put them into new Ziploc bags (leaving the oil behind). Seal the bags and you’re good to go! No cooking involved—that’s why I can make these.
04You can easily do half batches, but I prefer to make a bag for myself and one to give away. Also, the pretzels are best after 2 days. By that time, all of the oil is absorbed into the pretzels.
