Man oh man is this bread good... This is a dessert bread. Bread is very moist with FABULOUS flavor and texture... It couldn't be any better... The best dessert bread I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Thanks Chris! I can tell you, this is one recipe not to be overlooked... It really is incredible!

1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
2 cups sugarsugar
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1 cup macadamia nuts, choppedmacadamia
3 eggs, beatenegg
1 cup cooking oiloil
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapplepineapple
1/2 cup coconutcoconut
2 bananas, mashedbanana

Instructions (5 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350.
02Grease and flour 2 9x5" loaf pans.
03Combine flour, soda, sugar, salt, and nuts in mixing bowl, and blend by hand.
04Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
05Bake at 350, for 1 hours in 2 greased and floured 9x5" loaf pans.
