Pumpkies (Pumpkin Brownies)

• ⅓ cups Butter, Softenedbutter
• 1 cup Sugarsugar
• 1 Large Eggegg
• ½ cups Pumpkin Pureepumpkin
• ¾ cups All-purpose Flourflour
• 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spicepumpkin-pie-spice
• ½ teaspoons Cinnamoncinnamon
• ¼ teaspoons Saltsalt

1. 01Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. 02Using an electric mixer, stir butter until light and fluffy. Add in sugar, egg and pumpkin puree and mix until combined, followed by the flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt. Stir until all ingredients are blended well.
3. 03Pour in to a greased 8”x8” pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a tester comes out clean. Cool pan on a wire rack before cutting.
