3 cups Macaroni Style Uncooked Pasta (Long Sticks, Not Traditional Macaroni)macaroni
1 pound Ground Beefground-beef
1 whole Medium Onion, Dicedonion
¼ cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped, Divided Useparsley
1 cup Milkmilk
2 cups Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheesemozzarella
2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
BBQ Sauce As Garnish

Instructions (5 steps)

01Heat oven to 350F. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. (I used my Pampered Chef round baker.)
02Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
03In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until beef is brown. When it’s done, drain off the grease. Stir pasta, 3 Tablespoons of parsley, milk, BBQ sauce, mozzerella cheese and 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese into the beef in the skillet. Stir well.
