This tastes just exactly like a Reuben Sandwich but much easier! You can even make ahead and reheat or put in refrigerator and bake just before serving! This is so good!!!! Also a great potluck dish.

1 loaf rye bread (toast lightly & cut into cubes)
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drainedsauerkraut
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shreddedswiss-cheese
1 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
1/2 cup Russian salad dressing
2 cups corned beef, cut into small piecescorned-beef
1/2 cup butter, melted (optional)butter

Instructions (11 steps)

01Put half of the rye bread cubes into a greased 15 x 10 Pyrex.
02Top with the sauerkraut.
03Mix the mayo and Russian dressing together and spoon half on top the sauerkraut.
04Top with 1 cup of the Swiss cheese.
05Top with the corned beef.
06Top with the rest of the Mayo/dressing mix.
