3/4 cup milkmilk
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbsseasoned-bread-crumbs
2 teaspoons dried onion flakesonion-flake
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sagesage
1 1/2 lbs ground beefground-beef
1/4 cup ketchupketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugarbrown-sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustardmustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceworcestershire

Instructions (8 steps)

01In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
02Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Note: the mixture will be moist.
03Shape into a meat mixture into a round loaf and place in crockpot.
04Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F

In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

06Spoon over the meat loaf.

07Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through.

08Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
