Instructions (3 steps)

01Blend first 3 ingredients. Add each egg one at a time just until incorporated. Sift and then add last 3 ingredients. Spread into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
02Cream first 4 ingredients for the frosting. When mixed, add powdered sugar until blended. Add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
