Wheat Sandwich Bread for the Bread Machine

• 2 cups White Bread Flourbread-flour
• 1 cup Wheat Flourflour
• 1-½ teaspoon Saltsalt
• 1 Tablespoon Dry Milkmilk
• 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Mealflaxseed-meal
• 1-½ Tablespoon Butter, Room Temperaturebutter
• ⅓ cups Honeyhoney
• 10 ounces, fluid Water
• 1 teaspoon Breadmachine Yeastyeast

1. 011. Place all ingredients (except for yeast) in the bread pan in the order given. Make sure to be as exact as possible when measuring. 2. Put yeast in your machine’s yeast dispenser. 3. If your machine has the option for a basic or wheat setting, chose BASIC. Select light crust (if your machine allows you to do so). Select medium loaf size (if your machine has loaf size options). 4. Set it and forget it. 5. Allow bread to cool completely on a wire rack before storing.
