2 jars artichokes (reserve liquid)artichoke
1/4 cup chopped onion (I like yellow)onion
4 eggsegg
3 -4 cloves garlic, choppedgarlic
1/8 teaspoon oreganooregano
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or more if you like)
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbsbreadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shreddedcheddar

Instructions (8 steps)

01Pre-heat oven to 325-350 f.
02grease pan (I use a 9x9 brownie pan).
03chop artichokes.
04saute onion in artichoke liquid until soft,drain, set aside.
05beat eggs.

add spices,artichokes,cheese and onion.

07bake 30 minutes.

08cool and cut into squares.
