1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut into strips
1/4 cup flourflour
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon black pepperpepper
1 large onion, slicedonion
1 tablespoon molassesmolasses
3 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
1 cup beef brothbeef-broth
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes or 1 (1 lb) can tomato pureetomato
1 green pepper, slicedbell-pepper
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced (or canned)mushroom

Instructions (4 steps)

01Dredge steak strips in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
02Put into Dutch oven and add all remaining ingredients.
03Bake covered at 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
04Serve over noodles or rice.
