1 1/2 oz. gingin
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juicelemon-juice
1 small piece of fresh peeled gingerginger
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. orange juiceorange-juice
2 dashes orange bittersorange

Instructions (1 steps)

01Muddle the ginger in a mixing glass. Add ice and other ingredients. Shake. Serve in a Collins glass. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with an orange twist.
