Grilled Maple Salmon

• 4 whole Salmon Fillets (4 Oz Each)salmon
• ⅓ cups Maple Syrupmaple-syrup
• ¼ cups Soy Saucesoy-sauce
• ⅓ cups Orange Juiceorange-juice
• ½ teaspoons Ground Ginger Powderginger-powder
• ¼ teaspoons Ground Cayenne Red Pepperpepper
• ½ teaspoons Garlic Powdergarlic-powder
• Salt And Pepper, To Tastesalt-and-pepper

1. 011. In a bowl whisk the maple syrup, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, cayenne, and garlic powder. Then pour the marinade into a baking dish, place salmon in the marinade, and refrigerate covered for 20-30 minutes. 2. Brush a grill pan with olive oil and heat over medium high heat. Season salmon fillets with a pinch of salt (not too much since your using soy in the marinade) and pepper, then grill 4 minutes per side. 3. In a saucepan, bring the leftover marinade to a boil, then turn heat down to low. While salmon is cooking baste with the leftover marinade.
