1 (15 1/4 ounce) can fruit cocktail (or tropical fruit salad)
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurtyogurt
1 cup pineapple juicepineapple-juice
1 banana, medium-ripebanana

Instructions (2 steps)

01Empty can of fruit, with its juice, into a freezer container & freeze or partially freeze.
02Combine all ingredients in blender, & blend until smooth.
