Favorite Snicker Doodles

• 1-½ cup Sugarsugar
• 1 cup Butterbutter
• 2 whole Eggsegg
• 3 cups Flourflour
• 2 teaspoons Cream Of Tartarcream-of-tartar
• 1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
• ¼ teaspoons Saltsalt
• FOR ROLLING THE COOKIES:
• 3 Tablespoons Sugarsugar
• 3 teaspoons Cinnamoncinnamon

1. 01Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and blend well. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Slowly mix flour mixture into the sugar mixture until incorporated.
2. 02Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350ºF for 8–10 minutes.
